Brave PAs is Angela Garry's first book, offering her advice, tips and guidance to fellow
PAs, EAs, Secretaries and Administrative staff in education.
Angela has 24 years’ experience in administrative roles, including working in three
universities, a training company, and five years in a new academy, plus corporate roles in the
UK and Ireland.
Globally the most connected personal assistant and PA trainer on LinkedIn, Angela has
delivered seminars, training events and CPD workshops for around 3,000 PAs in education
and corporate settings throughout the world, through her company Pica Aurum.
Since 2009, Angela has been contributing regularly to several PA publications - including the
NAHPA (the magazine for headteachers’ PAs) for which she is now the Owner
and Editor. She is currently building plans for UNIPA, a sister publication for University PAs.
Angela has mentored and coached several PAs globally via meetings and Skype calls, and
is currently working on further books for PAs and admins. She firmly believes in bravely
pulling out all the stops to be the best we can be.
